The system is quick and easy to install; simply reposition a beam at the loading face to create a gradient and drop the pre-made Duraflow beds over the beams, using the hooks to hold each track section. Alternatively Duraflow can be supplied in its own custom made frame.

Each reinforced wheel is fitted to a multi-wheel 5mm axle bar, which is then sprung-mounted in a steel braced framework, in a staggered arrangement. This provides a densely packed contiguous bed of independently rolling wheels.
